DUI Injury

If convicted of a DUI Misdemeanor with injury in San Diego County you would be facing:

• 3-5 years probation
• 5 days to 1 year in jail
• $390-$5,000 in fines
• A 3, 18, or 30 month alcohol program ordered by the court
• 1-3 years drivers license restriction/suspension
• Financial restitution to all injured parties
• Designated as a ”habitual traffic offender” by the California DMV

Additional punishment the judge can add at his or her discretion.

• Vehicle impoundment
• Ignition interlock device installation in any vehicle registered in your name
• Community service
• MADD victim impact panel
• Required to attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings
